Nina has worked in the fitness industry for 14 years at various clubs, and has a business in home training.

She helped open and was employed as a fitness trainer for the elite sports club LA/SF for two years. There she was versed in the most “Cutting Edge” knowledge available, and has worked alongside some of the most prestigious trainers in the Bay Area. Nina works with a varied client base, including rehab patients, senior citizens, college students, and athletes.
